The review includes follow-up discussion with counsel, and when requested, a written review of the findings and expert opinion on the case.

Services Offered

Consultation

For more complicated and/or lengthy cases a 10-hour review (financed through a court order or retainer) is needed.

The review includes the defendant’s certificate of analysis, relevant body cam video(s), police report(s), chain-of-custody, pharmacokinetics research, etc as well as follow-up discussion with counsel and more, if needed.

Testimony

The consultant can provide testimony, when needed. Additional hours, transportation, and lodging are an additional expense to the consulting agreement.
